Option 2 uses the label's fixed 18-day schedule plus a maintenance phase of 1-2 servings per week for 3 weeks afterward. Cans needed divides total servings by 25 (the label's stated minimum servings per package), rounded up. Cost uses the product's base single-can price – multi-can bundles may offer a lower effective per-can price, so check current bundle pricing on the product page.
